My 2000th Refund - Green314 - 08-22-2026

Today I started my 2000th refund.
I called customer service, and the girl on the other end was so clumsy trying to solve the problem, not even understanding my problem that after 20 minutes on the call, she admitted, sighed, and said, "Look, if I'm wasting your time, just hang up on me." God bless the companies that hire these people.

Good luck with your refund service. Never got much experience with refunds, made one and lost $3 so not doing them.

I ordered a 'Keweizi USB' from Temu and asked for a refund because the device stop working after been plugged all night in my car. The refund was rejected or something and i lost the equal amount from my account.

Yes, spend a few bucks in electronics there. Instead of coding, decided to hack' this up with hardware.

There is a real irony in how customer service has changed over the past 10 years. As a legitimate customer, I remember Amazon was always happy to give a refund (without return).
A year or two ago they sent me a box of leaky/dented Dr. Pepper and it took a bit of arm-pulling just to get a normal credit. Obviously couldn't return leaking cans.
