erm.. anyone had this from Fedex ? - JamesDeanLean - 01-17-2025 "FedEx are currently compiling a file for this case to pass to their fraud team that work closely with the police. " What should I do? RE: erm.. anyone had this from Fedex ? - prekrasnoyemirai - 01-17-2025 Maybe flee the country. Holy shit I'd be scared if I saw that lol RE: erm.. anyone had this from Fedex ? - Woo - 01-17-2025 (01-17-2025, 12:43 PM)JamesDeanLean Wrote: "FedEx are currently compiling a file for this case to pass to their fraud team that work closely with the police. " Sounds concerning - perhaps you could share some more information about your SE? Who knows, if you did an SE of 5k then it'd make sense, or maybe you have repetitive history with FedEX? " TL;DR brother you are fucked, they filed a police report and will investigate for fraud - Dont say a word, - delete every information, - verycrypt your pc / SSD / HDD - use a 8-10 digit pass code for your iphone - and most important get rid off ALL refunded stuff!! RE: erm.. anyone had this from Fedex ? - Jojo1980 - 01-17-2025 Word of warning to fellow SE'rs. I am seeing stores (stores and online) not hesitating to refer individuals for fraudulent activities to the relevant organisations. Now more than ever it's the time to protect yourselves. Use fake name on order - An absolute must. Do NOT raise a chargeback, unless case is watertight..merchants are starting to fightback big time cos of the state of the economy in general, so they're trying to limit their loses. Reduce the frequency of your SEs to a minimum, ideally no more than once every month, or two mi the ideally. Do not keep fucking over the same courier, as you will eventually attract unnecessary attention to yourself/your address, and regular couriers will know. Always, ALWAYS, use a VPN if the online purchase allows it, and always use a different contact number and email address. NEVER push the limits on an SE. If it looks like the merchant is putting up a fight, take the L and return it. There is no point risking your credit rating, criminal record, job prospects etc for the sake of a temporary win. Thought it's common sense but I guess some people just don't know the basics of SE lol RE: erm.. anyone had this from Fedex ? - Wreck_C - 01-19-2025 OP did not even say in regards this is to so tough to give advice. Doubtful they would be opening a fraud claim for a dna/eb as they would just decline or approve the claim and be done. Those are hard to pursue. This seems more label or package manipulating that was caught. RE: erm.. anyone had this from Fedex ? - HeadxHunter - 01-19-2025 Probably FTID. But who knows. Op you’re vague. |
