So I just got a new laptop.. Can I do a box method? - nk2333 - 01-06-2025
Just received a new laptop and I intend to keep it. It's an HP laptop valued at over $1500 I was wondering since I have a box and s/n if I can claim something like a leaking battery or hardware malfunction with HP. They'll ask me to send it back. If i do some kind of [empty] box method , is there a good chance if it succeeding ?
Keep in mind I have never done any box method before so i'm really unfamiliar with exactly how and when to use it.
