Anyone tried S/N method for a Desk Chars? - Olafatron - 12-18-2024

I am already acquainted with S/N, I'm looking to SE a desk chair but would like to know if anyone has attempted before.

Was returned required?

Proof of defects?

Thanks in advance

Often the problem with furniture warranty is that they only send specific parts of the item to fix it. Another possibility is them making you bring it in to an authorized repair centre.
In your case I would recommend DNA, Wayfair is easy in Canada, and I've seen tons of success in other regions as well.

Whats the biggest item you've DNA'd from Wayfair? Just curious. A nice $500 Steelcase chair would be great. I was going to get a plate set from them and claim it arrived broken though hahah

A full length mirror, which in hindsight I should've claimed damaged in transit instead.

Chair was the only thing that I could not SE succesfully (excluding wayfair), they always just send you the parts.
