I would like to ask If recently someone tried apple store online or Italy in particular.
I've received a iphone 16 pro (did not turned on) and I would like to know if there's some way to SE it.
Any tip or information is appreciated.

I tried DNA but they keep to ask for an id document to start the investigation with carrier.
Have anyone experience with this?

This is just a formality, you may also be asked to sign a statement under oath or send a statement to the police

they request your documents only to start an investigation, after the investigation you will receive a response from them with their decision on whether you will receive a refund or not
