Hi, I'm currently trying to tackle amazon it, here's what I want to try, I'm not touching the barcode and I think it should work

I thought to create a colissimo with the same address and the same weight, for the FTID after, but I doubt that it works, for FTID another country sum obliged to use a boxer of the same country?

So I just ftid a chronopost label created with the information from the amazon return package, I'll keep you informed of how it goes Smile

get a prepaid label. this is a self ship label, which probably wont work

You know that they changed the return policy and it will require ID verification for a fact I know its the same on amazon.de and amazon.it

Yes, this is mostly true. They tend to request ID verification.

Doesn't really matter. It is highly possible they will require ID identification according to recent feedback
