So I took brake from it and now got back, what i noticed is that there isnt anywhere near refund services as before,the refund chats are nowhere near active as before, Rekk got caught he is apprently some guy from Lithuania? so my question is refund becoming dead?

It's never going to die. I would never engage with those services anyway - nothing of use is lost in my eyes.

Since Durov had been caught and terms of telegram had been changed, a lot of channels went private or just left. But refunds are fine, still banging

Sorry but what u r saying is bs. Almost all major chats&channels went private or dead not because of changing terms (which is also meme because they always gave info to police when they asked, even before Durov got a problems with France). Telegram cleared all major refund communities, it was like a ban wave. Some major chats (not only about refund chats, but casuall greyhat chat) owners received account bans aswell.
I think this may be happened due to massive worldwide investigations about refunds which attracted a lot attention in media with Rekk&others arrests.
But refunders & their services alive and continue working, thats true
