TEMU SE problems - ruonis55 - 09-22-2024

Hi, guys. I have ordered a Razer mouse some weeks ago and I received it recently. And I can't get a refund through their Robot. I made an appeal that the item was missing and it got declined, then I did an appeal that I haven't received, and I am now waiting for their answer about that.

My friend told me that when he had problems with getting refund from TEMU, he just returned the empty box back to them and got a refund. Has someone tried that recently?

Haven't tried TEMU yet, but if your friend has made this experience, you could also be asked to return the "empty" box. Keep us updated of what the rep tells you.

temu is hardened against refunds and there's no support basically
you can try returning junk to them but only if it's local seller and return address on label is not temu warehouse.

idk for eu, they do for US.

empty box will fail 100% time. i tried replacing items with junk while keeping the barcodes. it works 50% time, and mostly for cheap stuff which has boxes/envelopes concealing the item inside.

Yeah, I figured it out now. It's getting returned to my country's warehouse in the capital.

did you take the lose for other 50% items or paid for second return? Did they contacted you about it?

it just showed return denied for X number of items and you can't do anything more after that. you can submit a claim with photos but it never works, just a "feel good" button.
edit: third-party sellers can deny returns, so use ftid or scan on the label.
