I’m pretty new on this of doing refunds and I have seen that you can be banned from doing too much refunds, so how can I avoid that? Or just creating new accounts is okay?

Don't do it often using same method. Switch addresses. Use VCC. Don't use real info.

Just dont do the same place multiple times in a small time frame
