Hi all.
I have a dope new method I'm about to drop but all I'm missing is how to pay anonymously on food delivery apps. They of course accept Paypal as a payment method.
Is there any site that sells Paypal accounts with balances on them (e.g. 200$ balance) that I can buy and use? I would happily pay a slight premium to use these accounts, but I am sure they may be cheaper too. Please let me know! Will drop the method to anyone that helps.

as far as I know, PayPal accounts with a balance is a very old scam scheme, maybe I'm wrong
