I hit pandora back in January. eb
But their support is trash and may take some weeks to them to first respond. Once they respond the process is quick

I also hit Pandora about a year or so ago. It was only like $400 for a necklace. Hit with EB and took about a week of calls to get a refund. Ez

so guys i bought ring for 79 euro and i am trying to do eb since they delivered it to the pickup and i had to go take it form them and the guy knows me personally so i cant do dna on him so i tried to do eb and they said they cant do anything about it that its not their fault and to open an investigation for the missing product.
the weight of the product was 0.001kg and that shit was light as hell and i told them that this shit is so light that the packaging mighht have been the same weight and it feels like it . but they denied it shoudl i try again
this was all done through email

so they completely denied the empty box and said they have cctv and have checekd teh inventory and everythings looks correct an di was going to return but i can do FTID right i have never done ftid so i am alittle bit nervous and confused any thoughts
