Technically not a L, but not as smooth as planned. It was the only store that swim got a replacement.
ordered 4+ items that cost under $100.
went to live chat to complain and was made to accept some bs notice to scare off refunders.
claimed dna.
was offered only a replacement.
might keep parts of the replacement as some of the stuff was pretty cool but luckily they offer 30 day returns.

You may tell the rep you don't feel safe (due to dna) and prefer a refund as you cannot provide another secure shipping address.
