Kurt Geiger - EB/MEB - Jojo1980 - 06-16-2024
Anyone tried it with Kurt Geiger?
If so, was it DNA or EB/MEB?
Their courier of choice appears to be EVRI and DPD.
Hoping to place an order and claim EB/MEB for a single item, such as a small bag.
Low value really, less than £150.
Would appreciate your thoughts/views on this if anyone's tried it with them before.

Although I don't think MEB would work here. I believe it to be either DNA or EB.

Not sure how much value of the item played a role here, but kept it under £150 and the 'investigation' lasted one day.

How much was the order?
I simply contacted using their forms on the Contact Us section of their site, and they responded very quickly saying that it needs to be investigated.
However, the investigation lasted one day and the refund was confirmed.
It's up to you if you want to proceed with it, however if you do and then they deny it, then you can always return it a few days later.
You don't even need to speak to anyone anyway when initiating a return, it's all done on the website and it's automated.
