This guy ported the Nexus 5 build, to work with the Nexus 4.
I've been using this for a few days now, and it's amazing.
Much faster and better user-experience, much better battery life!
Also, I haven't experienced any bugs yet.
I really recommend it. (Or just wait for the official update)

He haven't done any real work, he just compiled the sources which can be found on the AOSP repo

That's true. This seems to be the most stable version of 4.4 at the time though, which is why I flashed and posted this one

I've read a rumor about, the official update may not have the "Google Experience" launcher. I hope this is fake, as it's great!
I'm using this 4.4 port as my daily driver, and I have nothing to complain about.
