Philips SE rebill - KensaiXVI - 06-13-2024
Purchased SE services for Philips from someone over a year ago, now getting letters from debt collection agency. Can I just ignore the letter since they just used my name and address, didn't make any payments myself to Philips.

I would try to ignore them? But what do they say in the letter that they do? And I would use fake name and address in the future if I was you.

Nothing about court or legal action, just that I owe money. The method the guy used was using a VCC for try before you buy scheme, they're asking for money for all the products. Was thinking that I could get away with it since I only gave my name and address.
