I am facing an issue
Notino are denying any DNA attempt, as they claim: "we have a signature therefore we cant give you a refund"
DPD just wrote some shit on the pad and left the little parcel in front of my door
I had the insurance! These fuckers, now I am sitting on €300
So be aware and make sure there is not signature or only a letter

Recommend any other fragrance stores to hit? LF a refund, not a replacement. I was planning to go for notino, but with your info I don't think I will. I heard that claiming broken bottle will just get you a replacement.

Last month, someone SE'd a couple bottles on Zalando with EB. Aged account

The broken bottle method should really work for every online stores. You could also consider to swap the liquid in the bottle as well. A bit more effort, but I think there are higher chances of success.
