guys soundcore just emailed me something back and also mentioned this "From the UPS website tracking details, the package was delivered. We've forwarded the issue for the tracking email to website team and they'll try to fix it as soon as possible.
If the package is indeed not received, to help us rearrange the item for you, may I know if the following address is still your current shipping address for sending a new package? "
i just want a refund not reship they didn't offer it tho. What should i say? im scared it will be sus if i just say i want money lol please help

you bought them as a birthday gift for someone and you have already bought them elsewhere and have no need for a replacement.

You could tell the rep you don't feel safe at this point with your current address and prefer a refund so you can ship it in the future in a more appropriate place )that you don't have access to at this moment).
