(HELP) Logitech SE - S17 - 05-26-2024

Hello everyone, I wanted to know if someone could help me with my Logitech SE I used to do them 4 years ago and it was so easy!!

I just got this email from them.

To further investigate the case, we can offer to pick up the G920 wheel, including all the accessories, to carry out an analysis. Please note that this analysis may require your product to be disassembled and may render your product inoperable.

By allowing us to pick up your product for analysis (we will provide you with a free [UPS /FedEx printable label]), you are consenting to an analysis, which may include disassembling your device and may render your product inoperable. Please note that we cannot consider your claim until we receive and verify the G920. In the circumstance where your package has not been delivered (e.g. lost, delayed, or abandoned), you must file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide Logitech the investigation results in order for Logitech to continue evaluating your claim. We will communicate our findings to you in approximately 10 business days from the day we confirm receipt.

Any kind soul to help a brother out? 😅

Ohh I see! I needed some quick cash bc my car just decided to give me problems, and I used to do them for wheels and shifters and resell them so I thought. Why not try, I even paid a video service because they asked.
Wanted to get quick cash, ended up more fu*ked 🤣 lesson learned

Mice and keyboards are easiest from my experience, steering wheels are the most difficult, headsets are somewhere in the middle. I've SE'd them around 10 times.

Yes. I've done DNA, EB, and Serial Number. For Serial Method they can see they manufacturing date based off the serial number, so they will be suspicious if you claim tis not working immediately.

Be aware that if you do SNmethod you choose a SN which has not been registered by its user. If they have suspicions they will ask you if you have contacted them before and on what email.
