DJI drone SN - condariano - 05-20-2024 I am really struggling here and i need help, i got a SN of DJI drone and i got them to repair/replace it under the condition that i send the drone to a service centre and as you guessed i dont have the drone hence SN method, apparently LIT works the best and is quite literally mentioned " If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact DJI Support for help. The time it takes Australia Post to investigate the lost parcels is subject to the Service Level Agreement shown on the Australia Post's website." so im planning to do LIT but i have no clue how to do it and i was also wondering if FTID would work since I dont think there is any other way around this. I would really appreciate the help thank you so much. RE: DJI drone SN - EquitableEngineer - 05-20-2024 Its sounding like LIT might be your best bet here given that they have indicated that they are receptive to solving issues of this nature. Try and find a boxer that has a know track record of success with the carrier in question RE: DJI drone SN - condariano - 05-21-2024 (05-20-2024, 12:56 PM)EquitableEngineer Wrote: Its sounding like LIT might be your best bet here given that they have indicated that they are receptive to solving issues of this nature. The thing is, I can’t find one and I’m not sure how to look for one. I reside in Australia and they have given me an Australia Post prepaid label so if anyone could recommend a boxer that would be really helpful.
