Should i file a complaint to the delivery service? ? - Akari0967 - 05-11-2024

Did the LIT method couple times now and it worked fine but now the company im trying to SE is telling me I should file a complaint to the delivery service before they want to refund me. Should i do it? And how does a delivery service look into these claims?

AFAIK, some crack it down and find out if you manipulated the label or did a LIT

They giving you the run around, typically its the company that has to file a claim with the courier so they can get their money back for the lost package. Tell them that you called the courier to file a complaint and they referred you back tot he retailer. If they dont accept that the you will probably have to get something in writing from the courier.

Does the company's T&C state they're not liable for good lost in transit?
