GPU SE over Ebay - VladReborn - 05-06-2024 I have a few aged accounts on there, and I read on here that it's pretty easy to get a refund if you claim the GPU is missing (someone must've taken it) or that you got an item that looks similar or weighs the same. Has anyone done this recently? It's Ebay Germany, if that matters. RE: GPU SE over Ebay - HeardIt - 05-06-2024 depends on who you are doing it to. A genuine person trying to sell their stuff? RE: GPU SE over Ebay - DontRunDontTrip - 05-06-2024 Stick with your plan sending the GPU back after 14-30 days you are hurting ppl, not big cooperates. RE: GPU SE over Ebay - andres77 - 05-06-2024 if you do ebay, do someone with over like 20K reviews RE: GPU SE over Ebay - VladReborn - 05-07-2024 (05-06-2024, 08:47 AM)HeardIt Wrote: depends on who you are doing it to. A genuine person trying to sell their stuff? Ofc not, why does everyone assume this? There are many big companies selling on ebay, just wonder if anyone has actually done this... A genuine person trying to sell their stuff? eBay is mostly people selling their unwanted stuff, so it's safe enough to assume that's what would be used RE: GPU SE over Ebay - ruonis55 - 05-07-2024 I don't know how it's with the GPU's , but for example with a laptop, you can order from USA to Europe and claim that the battery has a leak and (Ebay) give a refund, no need to send it back or etc. I would think about doing something the same to GPU. But it has to be a big seller, aged account and have to know that it would work. If anyone has something that worked recently, I'd gift you a few steam games. And on ebay germany there's quite a few big sellers like NBB, computerunivverse others, official asus store too, might be different elsewhere. I just read on a previous thread that ebay usually sides with the customer, but stuff like that changes all the time... Ive been thinking about dpd dna too, since they have a bad reputation. Bought a computer off amazon, took the GPU (4090) and replaced it with a low end GPU bought for 200$ on marketplace. it's been a year and haven't heard about it. Amazon are fucking lazy with returns... I have returned an harry potter lego castle (6000 pieces 500$ cad worth), I had it for 4 years and everyone I know builded it, many missing pieces, box in very bad shape. So I bought another one on amazon and returned the old one lol. never heard about it. There is much more opportunity to this SE thing than just claiming DNA or some other form of it.
