I just came across a post by VisualHaxor including this utility. The shortened link they used to upload the file was broken, so I decided to find the original tool and reupload it for everyone who wanted to try it out. Keep in mind that I haven't used this tool extensively and can't confirm whether or not any VirusTotal detections are false positives. Make sure to run this software in a VM, Sandboxie, or a similar sandbox environment.
Hotify is a proxyless Hotmail Checker & Inbox Searcher.
It supports all Microsoft domains - Hotmail, Live, Outlook, etc.
Multiple keywords are supported.
