What does PayPal check if I report an Unauthorized Transaction - OverEzExploit - 04-07-2024

Hello,

On PayPal you can dispute a payment to seller stuff like I did not revive the product or for unauthorized transactions

If I try to pay something in a suspicious way (enter the password wrong some times before entering the correct one, using a different IP, ecc) will PayPal refund it?

I already tried but my report got declined

If someone knows, what should I make to make it detect as a risky transaction allowing me to report it?

Thanks

I am only guessing but if you already tried and it got declined you should not attempt it again in the same year. I do not know if the agent can see the previous decline but I can image that if he does you lost all credibility.

You probably fucked up somewhere, they can check IP/GEOLOC/WEBAGENT, that's why you should get a Virtual machine change to a sus web browser and use good sock5 proxy from another country to fake a "legit" hacked account.
I would disagree to what Elsdebo said, when you get your email:pass leaked the info get sold on multiple forums and there will be dozens connection attempts.
But it would be stupid to reopen a claim when you actually secured your account properly, changing password etc.
