Been a while since I've hung around forums like this. Actually a few years, and my knowledge on methods etc is mostly based on mothered's from about 4-5 years ago. Have there been any major changes to how amazon works since then?
Just wanting the update to see what has changed and what is the same.

Mothered is gone. SBM doesn't work aymore with Apple & Amazon. Most stores have got a bit harder but everything is still SEable

That sums up a lot of it. Everything eats up more of your time now but most methods still work and there are some less used methods that work. You have to get more creative now and meaner as the Customer Service Reps now lie to you constantly with no shame. So I turn it into a mindset that I'm doing nothing wrong and they owe me for lying.
In store returns work good now with certain methods.
