They are asking me a photo of the mouse with the wire cut and with the Sn on the same photo,
The mouse is a Deathadder v3 pro, what should I do? A corrupted file can work?

Couple of weeks late with this reply but I figure it might still help someone (or OP) out: Razer is very strict when it comes to POD and any other kind of proof. I have tried corrupted links and they kept requesting a new photo. Also Photoshopped POD's, the POD's very fairly okay but I guess not perfect enough and they denied it.
So basically the only way to do Razer, as far as I can see, is either having a 100% perfect Photoshopped POD, or just buy/refund the actual product and make one yourself.
