I've seen telegram channels that do this, I'm assuming they are using stolen CC's to buy the giftcards and resell them, but can you get caught if you just use one of the giftcards?

Most of these telegram channels are scammers trying to get ur money.

People have used cards on phones, cards on phones for food & never got caught..
