planning on hitting a Dna of Zara EU? Anyone experience with zara or recommends easy other EU clothing stores to hit with DNA or EB? Never have to sign or anything in my country.

From reading Zara's trustpilot, it looks like they're a nightmare to deal with in terms of delivery and returns issues
