I've been thinking a lot lately about the constant buzz of digital technology in our lives and how it affects our well-being. Don't get me wrong, I love the convenience and connectivity that technology brings, but I can't help but wonder if we're missing out on something essential by always being plugged in.

It's a fair point, but people still have control over how much technology they utilize. The idea of cyborgs always coincided with technology overwriting human function/agency. We don't even have cybernetic implants yet.
