in 2018 Trompas passed a farm bill that basically had a clause that put thca hemp in a grey area. I do not want to misinform anyone and thca is not legal. it is simply not enforced due to the scale at which it is happening. even my neighbors have a local shopify delivery site. but back to the topic and why you are here.

Now this is a private method using well known SE techniques. We will discuss 2 methods with high success rate.

Method1: Moldy Bud
Cannabis is a plant that is not immune to mold. Specifically Botrytis (Bud Rot). This method guarantees you a refund or replacement. If you're smart you will know that this would be a faulty item and how to get your money back. This is super easy to pull off as it is super common. For this method you just order what you want to your drop. once you receive the item its time to SE. All you will need is a picture of some moldy bud or try to fabricate it. If you need pictures to improve your odds you can dm me and i can sell you a pack for dirt cheap. You will get in contact with the support team and mention a foul odour, whispy grey-white mold on the bud, and super moist weed NEVER ASK FOR REFUND MAKE THEM OFFER IT. Go after cookies or arete because fuck em. they will ask for pictures and get back to you and obviously offer a replacement first. Here you choose whether you want more weed or want your money back. Most prefer the latter. If they do not mention a refund make sure to mention the following: " I did not receive the item as described can we please come up with a different solution". If they still do not come up with your refund then you will need to go the chargeback route. I will not explain how to do a chargeback its straightforward and you can look that up easy.
Method 2:
PEB
This method is simple. For this method you just order what you want to your drop. once you receive the item its time to SE. your order must weigh less than a quarter pound. I would limit the order to 2 different bags/jars of product. ex 1 ounce gelato 1 ounce runtz per order if its your first time. its crucial that your order arrives in a box. i wont say the full name but a company that goes by "horses" is really easy to hit. they ship 4 7 gram baggies per box, you claim only 1 arrive and get 3 sent your way for free.

Now for this you gotta be down bad. It works best at local stores that require a signature. You just go in(inperson), get what you want, leave, wait 24 hours, file a dispute with your cc company. I wouldn't recommend doing this more than once every 3 months. limit $250
this is still relatively low risk. learn your local laws, learn the statute of limitations
