UPS Tracking says:
Unable to Deliver
The receiver does not want the product and refused the delivery. / The package is undeliverable and is in the process of being disposed of according to the local guidelines.
So what do I do now? Should I SE with the retailer or just dispute with VISA?

Did you buy this scan? If yes so now is the time for calling seller asking for refund until tracking status change

I just bought the FTID v3 and drop service from a boxer...
But the seller can see the tracking status showing they literally just rejected to receive this return (and probably remembered it was an empty envelop) , how the seller going to refund me if I ask them?

Just do legit return and don’t use ftid for UPS because it is hard to do success with this courier.
