DNA'd Ralph lauren and failed it, they fully rejected the claim.
I paid with revolut and want to do a chargeback.
What are my chances? and how long would it take.
Value is nearly £600.

many, if they don't have enough evidence to prove revolut, the refund will be yours, and honestly I don't even know if Ralph responds to bank claims

With steam deck, Steam did not respond to my £479 claim, it took two months though as they wait for the seller to respond

Careful with chargebacks, if you do it a lot they will catch you and close your account. Just a heads up.

I don't think chargebacks work well with DNA claims because all they have to do is provide tracking/delivery information and they reject you
