Want to return old dualsense in replace of dualsense edge and act like that's what I received using 'Wrong Item Sent' reasoning for return. Anyone got any experience hitting amazon like this?

This used to work all the time for me with ps4 controllers.

I think I said it previously that I done it instore at Argos.
Honestly don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work as a WIR with Amazon if its a clean account
My amazon account is completely fucked. I can’t even get refunds on legit claims now

is your account ofm flagged? mine got flagged like a year ago. just ordered as normal for like a year even cheap stuff and now it seems like they've lifted it

Yeah, but I have actually had 2 legit claims recently that I had to let go because they wouldn’t replace or refund them. Thats the way it goes though i suppose, win some lose some
