I consider Moncler to be easy.
Multiple methods possible. Interaction with support rep. will be minimal and through email.

DNA, PEB and EB all have a very good chance of succeeding.
I've personally only done DNA and EB. But as EB can work, PEB would be able to work.
They do require a investigation--but from experience won't take longer than 3 weeks.

Few months ago. Like 2 racks. No police report needed at the time.
