I'm going to try hit Steelseries. Has anyone done on them before and what method did you go for?

DNA worked for me
UPS kinda suck with their investigation, as the delivery guy will knock on your door and ask you to sign a paper
In my case he left it in the mailbox and i had to send a photo to UPS. Waited for SS and they gave me a refund

Yeah UPS are absolutely awful. They didn't even knock on my door or give any notice when my package came. Just dropped it off, took a photo of my door, and left. Will just say wasn't home during the day
