Hey! Do they ask for pictures or video? Do they accept receipts from not their official retailers?

On their official RMA page they ask for POP and pictures. They check filetypes and there is some kind of automated check of content so you can't upload corrupted files.
I've heard stories of their livechat being less strict.

i can make ez receipt but question is will they accept receipt from non authorized distributor

He meant that system won't give you to upload corrupted file for avoiding sending real proof of purchase or video

it's easy to bypass POP requirement, if you'll register your product they won't ask for POP

You can SE literally anything from their store so easily just fill out the form and use the trick mentioned above. Just find pics from eb@y or fb have done them twice same addy.

Yeah i just filled out that form, gave perfect edited POP + photos from internet of device, aren't they asking for returning product? Which max $ cost have you SEd?
