Gold Bullion Easiest Hiigh Value SE? - frankovec - 02-18-2024

Hi bro's, why is there so little talk about SEing gold bars? Am i missing something? It seems that due to the fact that the resell difference in case of failed SE is close to 0, why is not this the easiest thing to try and with almost no downside?

I read about paypal UA terms and they stopped covering gold bullion in 2020 but only in seller protection not buyer:
https://www.ecommercebytes.com/C/abblog/blog.pl?/pl/2020/6/1593550801.html

There are not many stores that sell gold bars and accept PP but there still are some:
https://www.ppaccepted.com/bullion-with-paypal/
https://www.paypal.com/bw/webapps/mpp/paypal-safety-and-security

BTW this website is great to find all other stores that accept PP with segmented categories..

Interesting article of an example shop:
https://www.bullionbypost.eu/info/returns-policy/

The only danger i see would be in the serial number of the bar in case they have some sort of international database where stolen bars are reported but i still think that this is not such a big risk, there are always private jewelries that will be glad to take a cut from your gold value...

Let me know your thoughts, and i will share more info as i research it in case someone finds anything useful.

I applaud the time you took to research it. It will be harder than your average amazn SE but i don't have actual experience.
You might want to target very big bullion sellers on auction websites as there are some very scammy people selling there and they are often not as well protected as an official store.
