amazon third party seller, DNA possible? no signature - maddylok - 02-10-2024
package came today and they just left it with no signature, 995$ order. can I DNA this or try something else?
shijpped by a third party seller (hardware company)

Normally you need to plan out a WIR in advance. But if you think it would be possible go ahead and tell us how it went.
DNA is a solid option, but since you targeted third party seller it might take a longer time to process and more hassle.
I advise you to search 'Wrong Item Received' or read mothered's blog.

If you haven't done a WIR lately you can use this to diversify your SE's to not only have DNAs on your amazon account. You won't cause issue with courrier which can be nice too if it needs a cooldown from previous SE.

SE-ing third party sellers on amazon are typically a No.
They are usually smaller sellers and will be fighting this hard.
