Amazon.co.uk + PR + OFM - ksenofob - 01-19-2024
Hi all, is there anyone here who has worked with amazon.co.uk and can advise. I tried to make a refund for an iPhone, I said there was a different product in the parcel, sent a photo, they said to provide them with a PR, but a couple of days later I got an email that they are blocking my account for allegedly having a second account etc.
The order is from Amazon.co.uk - UK.Is there anything I can do?
Second question regarding the PR, I applied online PR, they sent me an offence number but they didn't give me any PDF report(except for my application form that I filled out when I submitted it.), does amazon accept this option or not? This is just in case I can get the blocking removed

Yeah, the account is about a year old, had a lot of legitimate purchases. I would like someone who has dealt with amazon.co.uk to advise on PR, does amazon accept this option or do I need to get a PDF.

If Amazon unblocked your account then yes they will accept just the crime reference number. UK police don't provide pdf copies.

Just get the account opened writing an email to OFM and return it. The WIR is very abused now, not to mention you used an iPhone for which getting a refund is nearly impossible.

Yes, you are right, WIR is currently the worst option, wish I had known that when I started.
