Never Give Up .. - NaderTheWanderer - 01-18-2024

I Bought A Samsung From Amazon Early Last Month .. I Was Planning To Replace The Item With A Piece Of Plastic That Includes A Samsung Screen + The Mobile Catalog That Advertise The Phone Then Resealing The Main Amazon Package As If I Never Opened It And Make A Return Request Based On That ..

I Claimed The Package Was As A Christmas Gift But Since One Of My Siblings Already Got The Item He Didn't Even Want To Open The Package As Thus A Return Request Was Made , Next Day Some One From ( Amazon Logistics Courier ) Showed Up Not The Usual ( External Couriers ) And Took The Return , I Kept Waiting For The Item To Be Updated As Picked Up But Never Did .. Just A Sudden Phone Call From The Driver Telling Me " WTF IS THIS ? "

Skipping How Tension The Moment Was He Finally Refused To Do The Pick Up Even After Telling Him That He Is The One Who Discovered What's Inside As Well As Offering Him Money If He Helped .. I Don't Want To Enter In Much Details But This SE Was Tedious Despite How Simple The Item Was Since The Core Of My Plan Was Demolished By This Amazon Driver Since He Teared Up My Perfectly Sealed Amazon Package As Thus Even If It Was A Different Pick Up Agent Whether If It Was From Internal Or External Courier I'll Obviously Run Into Unwanted Problems .

A Different Route With Taken And Continued To Normally Report The Incident To Amazon Customer Agents And Despite How Much Retardation/Ignorance From Their Side To The Case With Spamming Saved Reply's As Well As Repeating Same Sentences A Thought Came To Give Up The SE But Thank The Lord I Never Did And Kept Contacting Every Once In A While Or So To Repeat My Same Story For Like 20+ Days Till Someone From Amazon Customer Service Decided To Finally Help And Indeed As He Said .. A Form Was Sent To Sign In Order To Solve The Issue , After Nearly A Month My SE Succeeded By :

1- Consistency
2- Sticking With Story

( HENCE ) Alot Of Details In Those Days Took Place Such As Escalations/Investigations So I Tried To Shortcut All Of It As Short As Possible In Order To Show How Important The Previous Lessons Are ..

Never Give Up !
Never Pick Amazon Logistics As A Courier !

It's crazy how amazon couriers are starting to open returns themselves, as well as drop off shops checking parcels to see if they are empty. Ftid is definitely being clamped down on.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm glad you got the refund in the end.

Thanks Alot Buddy ! Indeed It Was Totally Unexpected Move As There Is Already A Checking Points In The Return Center To Examine The Item After The Pick Up Stage , But I Did Some Digging And Found The Following But Only In Amazon India ..

" Delivery Agent will check the product during the pick-up. If the verification fails, because the product is not in it's original state (has been used, missing original tags etc.,) the delivery agent may cancel the pick-up. "

I've been noticing that as well. With that said, staying on a companies ass and sticking to your story no matter what has done wonders for me when some of my se's were near failure.

I really like how you kept that pressure on them until they folded like cheap lawn chairs. When se'rs give up too easily they are indirectly telling the company that their "Anti-SE" tactics are working. Great work and hopefully many more succssfull se's in your future.
