Tracking issue - privatejohn__ - 01-12-2024

Hello, has anyone ever had an issue where DHL tracking and amazon tracking doesn't match up? I'm having an issue where amazon thinks I haven't picked up a package and am thus unable to return it.

If they think that you haven't picked up the package then you should use it against them how is this a problem?

Sounds like it would make sense. However, it's in a post machine waiting for me to pick it up. It's not Amazon's post machine so they don't seem to care about it. I'll try to push this point but in essence it doesn't seem to working very well.

Did you fuck up a scan? Or was this accidentally done by the shipping company? This should be golden for a chargeback...
