Sephora dyson hair dryer - jinjungsan - 01-12-2024

I picked up the dyson hair dryer from Sephora,
wonder what I should do? whether to peb it or to s/n it
what would be the better idea, and whether to go in store or to do it on live chat

I can try to peb saying there were only case instead of actual hair dryer, but any better alternative let me know!

saying you're missing the actual hair dryer could work since with all the stuff that comes in the box (Case, multiple attachments) they cant say for sure if the hair dryer itself was in there.

Apparently Sephora is not able to help with in store purchase, should I just return them or tell them it was missing

The risk of going into a store and saying the box was empty is so high.

I changed my story saying it was malfunctioning, and claimed warranty with dyson, they told me to contact dyson to claim replacement so I can return in Sephora.
