Abercrombie A&F SE DNA - Beatslayer - 01-10-2024
Tried DNA A&F and since the delivery picture just shows the parcel and not the apartment number or even the door of my home. They ran an Investigation and came back saying it was delivered to the correct address. I have no clue how did they come to that deduction without no proof whatsoever.
Have created a dispute with my credit card but Im worried its a Gap card and not my usual Chase or Amex. Any other way to win this?

Only thing I can think is you went to high.
I did under $100 with A&F and they did an investigation and a few days later offered me a reship or refund, even though they had pic of my door and number on it with the package.

I have started a chargeback with the credit card company and made a BBB complaint. I don't know what else to do at this point

A&F denied my DNA claim. PayPal claim failed. Credit card charge back with Amex failed.
Ended up getting reimbursed through my credit card insurance
