Adidas advice - Yenched - 01-04-2024
I'm going to try to attempt a refund from adidas around 300 just wondering if anyone has been successful or not with them recently

Would you mind manipulating the return? If not it's gonna have to be DNA or EB

To further add I had order 9 items but I have recently found out that they have spliited up them into therefore I reckon I'll be able to refund only one of the packages and return the rest legitmately

I believe trying se the whole 4 packages is suspicious therefore I can only attempt one with either DNA or PEB the items in this package consist of three shirts and a full tracksuit

I recently bought from them and they split the order into 2 boxes.
1st box arrived, I claimed EB since it only contained a lightweight t-shirt: the rep accidentally refunded me the whole order but that one t-shirt
When the rest arrived a couple of days later, I said nothing about it since I had only bought items I actually liked and would've wanted to keep.

The items have arrived I tried PEB the package with the most items and claimed how the three shirts arrived, and my full tracksuit did not now they are telling me how they have checked the weight saying it matched the box and would not be able to help and talk about an agreement in the term and condition of Adidas which is 2.12 I've been fighting back and forth claiming the items are not in the box and I want photographic of the items being placed in my box just not sure what to do right now with this se
Any advice would be appreciated
Now they have sent an email disregarding the issue and will not be responding, no more
Could not be bothered no more returning the items wouldn't recommend especially for the heavier items good luck to ever trys PEB
