wayfair help urgent - thechosenone - 01-04-2024 Hey guys, So I first ordered a chair ($180) from Wayfair and claimed DNA as it worked for my friend. They got a photo and pushes it to their Executive team where they denied my claim. A couple days later, i emailed them and told this it was a mixup and my mom picked the package up for me. What should i do now? I could claim damaged but wont that be a little suspicious after claiming DNA? I could also chargeback on Paypal because I'm not too familiar with Paypal claims so I'm not worried about "wasting" my account. Its important to note there's a $20 return fee which is why I'm hesitant to just take the L. Since I'm with the Executive team i can only email that one rep and she knows everything already. Any help would be appreciated |
