Nike again...(December-Jan 2023-24) - Spatialize - 01-03-2024

-Ordered multiple items in a single order,
-delivery with 3 different packages coming across the span of 5 days (sketchy lol)
-said the cheapest item delivered was the only one that arrived, the rest (2 packages) was DNA'd
-Refund took a while mostly due to the holiday/new years week, called about 4 times in total to confirm refund was on its way; the initial 2 calls, the reps said the case was going to be escalated

In my case I went for PEB and got it refused because as per them the weight when delivered was correct.
Should I remain adamant? Have u had similiar experiences?

Failed! Incredible, I thought it was easier but indeed it ended up being difficult and they carried a proper investigation with weights and all, and tried to insist on the phone and via chat but did not get anything out of it.
Will try again with an aged account in future. Would you say DNA is easier on heavy items? I know technically the answer is yes but my only worry is that DPD is the carrier and could be boring to deal with them (if nike even opens the investigation).
