Sony Return - Jaccmcmcnn - 12-22-2023

Been trying to se sony and was nearing the return period for my product, and was wondering, if i go past it, would it still be possible for me to argue that i should be able to return my product guarenteed? because i dont want to risk losing out on around $350

I guess if you're trying DNA you could say it was finally delivered like 2 weeks after tracking said delivered and then tell them returns period only starts when you receive the product? You're at the will of Sony in that situation and I wouldn't trust them. I'd probably return.

Generate the return label in advance. 30 days timeframe is only to generate the label. They can receive the item after 30 days and they will refund you once the product is received. This doesn't work for ftid, only legitimate returns.

As mentioned above I guess you're attempting DNA/EB?
