I'm in the middle of vevor dna and it doesn't seem to work.
Any other methods work?

What have you ordered? And how was the item delivered (picture, signature, door open, left somewhere etc)?

I've read that they are scammers. Basically dropshipping/relabeling chinese garbage tools..
And their customer service is fittingly non-existant.
Either keep on pushing just to get the achievement, or return the item and save yourself the worries.

Mate worst experience ever... Bought an item from them thinking to DNA, before contacting them I try the item and was already broken. So I really needed to contact them and decided to legit return it.
-They didn't want to accept the return, instead they ofer 20% refund and to keep the item.
-I refused and they offer 60% or replacement
I went for the replacement because I knew I can fix it..got my replacement, then fixed it(10 € part) and then sold both with 200€ profit.
Overall even if they go with EU regulations, they will try to fool you.

I tried some small item just to see how it goes. DNA is pain in the ass really! I keep pushing them but they lie ask me to wait promise refund then ask me to wait again. Nightmare!
