Long Time Ago I Had A Discussion Here With Some Members Regarding A Question Weather If There Is Different Departments Handles A Specific Types Of Accounts :
Here Is What I Got From An Employee Who Was In A Manager Status In One Of The E-Commerce Known Companies ..
"I was a manager in this department for years. One of the biggest problems is reps have too much control to issue concessions ( refunds or replacements). It takes little to no information to approve these. yes we do have checks in place for the reps to filter through, however, it does not take long to learn how to bypass them. Once a customers "concessions" get to a certain number, their account is flagged and that customer is automatically filtered to a different department for them to handle. The number of concessions would we see on an account is "horrifying."

By chance, do you have a rough amount of 'concessions' that may have an account flagged?
Would you know, does the value of said 'concessions' matter more than the amount of them?
