You know, we can talk for a long time about what happiness is for each person. But personally, in my case, it is to do something I really like and am really interested in. To be near people who are dear to me. And most importantly to have a stable and mental health, because it is now more important than ever. Especially in today's world where your mental health can be affected by various irritating factors. Social support plays a key role in maintaining mental health. Strong social connections are linked to a lower risk of developing mental health problems such as depression and anxiety. I read about this on this blog https://www.heyday.net/blog/how-does-social-support-reduce-stress-importance-of-communities-by-interests. I guess that's what true happiness is for me. And everything else is just so much more, just the little details of life.
