A question about researching companies - engidude0 - 12-03-2023

Hey guys,

Mothered once said (probably many times) to research the company you want to SE, so I been doing some research on some local companies. Not sure how DNA will work out.

Looking at two companies' terms and condition and here is what they say:

Company 1: Ownership of the Product will only pass to the Buyer when the Seller receives full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product. If the time of delivery has arrived and the Buyer fails to have the Product delivered to him after the Product is made available to the Buyer, the Buyer will be responsible for any loss of or damage to the Product.

Company 2: Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your address.

From the wording above, it seems that DNA will not work for companies 1 and 2 above. Does the wording sound like there is any wiggle room ?

What are some wording of terms and condition that allows DNA to work ?

Thanks,

You could try to do it over the messenger company, but you have insurance the parcel withe the worth it has. So if its get lost or something is missing they have to pay, but that could take some time, till the intern case is closed,
